Focusing On The Important

This workshop on time management helps the attendee focus on the important by covering topics such as goal setting, strategic and tactical planning, delegation, team building, and designing a model week. This is a 6 hour workshop that can be delivered in two 3 hour sessions.

Planning and Goal Setting

This session begins with an exercise to establish a vision of what the attendee would like to look like in his or her business and personal life. Then the attendee will begin the process of establishing S.M.A.R.T. goals that pass the valid goal test. He or she will also spend time developing strategic and tactical plans that will help them achieve those goals. This is a 4 hour workshop that can be done in one session or in two 2 hour sessions.
